I will admit, I have been on a chocolate kick lately and this Calorie Guessing Game was the first one that I drooled over (don’t get me wrong, the others looked good but this one was especially tempting!). On today’s episode, I talk about what choices you may be faced with at a breakfast meeting that is catered with donuts, muffins and bagels (OH MY!). Listen closely as you may be surprised the number of calories  (and fat grams) in each item (I know I was definitely surprised when I started doing research for this episode!). Today we continue the Starbucks conversation with a new suggestion on how to reduce your Starbucks drink calorie count. This tip can save you between 40 and 60 calories! If you pair it with a smaller size you could save at least 90 calories and up to 160 calories! Today’s suggestion may not be for every drink but it is definitely worth a try!
